do you offer hosting options?

We don’t offer hosting through North Site Sites, but our support company WPSapphire does have hosting options that we can help get you set up with for your website.

i’m not confident writing my own website copy. Can you help?

Absolutely! We have several copywriters we work with and we’ll provide quotes to help get you set up with the right one as part of your website package. We suggest a copywriter for each project based upon your unique business and brand needs.

I’m pretty confident writing my own website copy, but can you help me edit?

Yes, Brandi offers strategic website copy reviews for an additional cost. If more support is needed, we can include in your package copy editing support.

How does payment work?

We typically break payments into 2-5 installments, based upon your project timeline and budgetary needs you might have.

Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?

We offer ongoing maintenance through our in-house support team at WPSapphire. Once your project is complete, we’ll connect you with our team there and determine which package will be best for you.

Where can I find good photos online?

If you’re not able to have your own photoshoot, you can find really fantastic photos online at unsplash.com (free), stocky.com (payment per image), and Adobe Stock (image packages available). There are also many other places to purchase stock photography online. If you need help sourcing images to use, please let us know.

How will I be able to see my site while you’re working on it?

All our work is done on staging sites. Once our build is complete, we’ll provide you with a special URL that will allow you to review your website. It is important that you stay out of your dashboard and don’t make any changes to the pages while we’re working — this helps us ensure that we’re able to attend to your site in the right ways.

What happens after my project time is complete?

While you won’t have any other meetings scheduled with us, you can always reach out to our team for support or website help at support@wpsapphire.com. The team there will provide answers to your questions and support with your website, which is billed monthly.
